DNC 2016 Volunteer Opportunities

I want to THANK YOU if you supported our social media GOTV (Get Out The Vote) initiative a couple weeks ago.  Collectively, we were able to hit a social media reach of 261,148 people, and I am optimistic about the election outcomes.  I will continue to keep you updated on issues that I believe matter to our community, and how we can leverage our collective resources to be a positive force for change in this region.  I’ll take a minute to list all of the 2016 PA/Philadelphia elected officials from this past General Election, so that you can recognize their names, and congratulate them when you see them. 

As you may know, Philadelphia will be hosting the Democratic National Convention (DNC), July 25-29, 2016.  Earlier this summer, I was asked to Co-Chair the Volunteer Committee for the DNC, and there will be over 10,000 volunteer opportunities for this historical event.  I would like to invite you, on behalf of the DNC Host Committee, to be a part of this exciting civic experience.  The DNC will officially be launching the volunteer campaign 1st quarter of 2016, but I want to make sure that you (or organizations you represent) have the opportunity to be included on exclusive opportunities leading up to and during the volunteer campaign.  To be updated on the DNC volunteer opportunities, please fill-out a quick form at:  CLICK HERE TO VOLUNTEER
